The Kenyan Languages
Because of the time of the British colony English is still one of the official languages in Kenya, mostly spread oub because of using for the teaching at school.

Swahili is the second offical language. It´s mainly spoken at th coast next to Mombasa for example by a tribe called Giriama. In school Swahili is a subject. Also Swahili is the link language in whole Eastafrica. In Kenya it is used mainly at rual areas.

The 52 ethnic groups who are living in Kenya also use 61 tribe languages, also there are people speaking indian languages and dialects.
