Youth Group at AIC Kapkuikui

Since a long time on the 13th of June 2014 we went with the youth group at AIC Kapkuikui. We decided together to make sports and to do a Bible teaching. For more than one hour the older ones were playing Volleyball,
and the younger ones played football. More than 50 children and youngster were coming.
After the sport we went to the church for a devotional time. It was a nice and blessed afternoon.
From now on we want to meet regularly every week.

Day for the Youth at 9.11.13

At the 9th of November 2013 we were inviting a pastor from Nakuru for a seminary for the youth. Almost 60 youngsters were coming from the surrounding churches and schools.
The pastor was coming already on Friday evening together with his wife and his two children.
By telling the story about Abraham and lot he spoke about making decisions.
First he spoke to all youngsters,
then we was separating into twogroups.
In the morning he was separating boys and girls, the pastor were discussing with the boys and his wife with the girls.
After lunch he was separting the two groups according to the age. His wife was discussing with the teenagers,
and the reverend spoke with the senior youth about making decisions. They spoke about practical issues like: How I find the right partner?...
Also I (Dani) was making a program for the youth about „A journey to China“.
We were talking about the Bible and the use of the Bible at China and Tibet... We were making a Chinese hat...
… and we had a lot of fun with almost 50 children.
At the end we were coming all together to praz for the candiates of Standard VIII. That was the end of the day.

Youth is making Sports

Last Friday and Saturday the youth group were meeting to make some sports together.
On Friday they were playing volleyball, family tennis, frisbee and badminton.
On Saturday we played a ball game.
We had a lot of fun!

New Youth Group at Kapkuikui

On the 2nd of August 2013 Robert was meeting with some youngsters for the first time to found a youth group.
There have a lot of ideas and plans fort he future.
From now on they will meet every Friday afternoon to speak about one theme.
Also before the Sunday Service they will meet for a discussion group.
